Called to follow up 2 days after online application. Talked to EasyTech Expert who explained the job and the requirements, and said he would give me a call back. Was called back later that day by the General Manager to come in for an interview later in the week.
Interview was quick, but I think this particular store was short staffed so the process was abbreviated. Was asked a few standard interview questions (e.g. Name a time when you provided excellent customer service, Name a time when you had to deal with a customer complaint) Was offered position after approximately 10 minutes of interviewing.

Quick and simple and very informative overall great experience and would definitely reccomend went in for 1 thing ended up with another. Just goes to show staples has a pretty good interview process overall

The first interview was on the phone, it was pleasant. The second in person interview was simple with the General manager who asked me a basic question on how i would sell an item to a customer, essentially we did a role play.
