Due to Covid, it was all via the phone or through a video call. The first step of the process was a screening interview. Next, there was a phone interview. The final step was a video interview with two members of the team.

I applied online. It was your standard application with a resume and optional cover letter and a few basic questions. About a week or two later, I was notified by email that I had moved on to a 15-30 minute phone interview.
