Had a quick phone screen with a recruiter, then met with a senior member of the department in person at the office. This was a conversation- learning about your background, the goals of the department. Once qualified, met with two department members who asked more technical questions about specific experiences. Overall the interview went well and was informative, however after following up with the recruiter and the department members themselves, never heard back which was disappointing.
