Spiff's interview process was straightforward. As with most interviews, they asked detailed technical questions, and discussed my responses. They also made it a point to have a conversation with me that wasn't entirely technical, but to get a feel for me as a person and as a professional. I wasn't interviewed with a large team of people, but a small subset of technical teammates, but their product team had a presence as well. I thought it was a well balanced interview and would hope that other companies take a page from them.
