I applied online and then was invited to take the assessment test. I was then contacted by a recruiter and had a brief phone interview, I was invited to interview in person at the Van Nuys, Ca office. I missed my interview, thankfully I contacted the recruiter ahead of time to reschedule. I ended up having to go to the hiring event where they were hosting on-the-spot interviews. My interviewer was very personable and made me feel welcomed. The interview was detailed in how the company is run and how you can advance in your position.

They give you a phone interview,as about your past employment history and education background.They also ask are you open to a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.They also ask are you able to pass a drug test and background test,and are you available to start immediately.

The interview was fairly quick. I was brought in an interviewed by two supervisors in the dispatch department. They asked a series of simple questions like, 'Why did you apply', Why do you think you will make a good fit'.. Really just basic interview questions that everyone should be used to while job hunting.

I got a call from HR two days after I did my application. The interview went well. I never gotten a call back or a email stating that I didn't get the position. I contacted HR for an follow up and that's when I was told I didn't get the position.
