1. Phone screening from HR. Asking about interest in company and some skills related to mechanical engineering.
2. 1 on 1 interview with an engineering manager. (Some may get a panel interview, but I didn't). Interview was all behavioral, going through resume and experiences. Some hard behavioral questions, but interviewer did not press hard on those questions. During the second half of interview, felt like questions were only asked based on formality.
3. Then I got offer
