The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial conversation with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a final round with the VP. Across all stages, the questions were primarily behavioral, focusing on past experiences, teamwork, and problem-solving. Each round built on the previous one, with the later interviews going more in depth on both my experiences and how I approach challenges. Overall, the process was fairly efficient, taking about two weeks from the initial outreach to the final decision.

There was a Resume and cover letter drop, recruiter screen, and then talk with hiring managers and other people on the team. Great and smooth process, people are warm and supportive.
