    It was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, then it moved onto a second round phone interview. The last one was an on-site interview where you meet with the team that takes about 2 hours.

    This company has no integrity whatsoever. I was given false promises, told I'd be contacted in a day about next steps after multiple rounds of interviews only to hear nothing for weeks, and ultimately was led on more about a job than I've ever been in my life. Biggest waste of time I've ever had interviewing.

    Things started with a test (which was weird and totally irrelevant to the job), followed by phone calls, then an onsite, then additional phone calls. Most of the people I interviewed with seemed good.

    However, the problem was getting misled. One day I was advancing to a final stage (or a potential offer) and told I'd hear more in a day, only to not hear anything for weeks (after multiple follow ups) then get rejected. It's fine to get rejected, but the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Why tell someone there will be next steps when there aren't? If you say you're going to get in touch the next day, why can't you give a 30 second answer to an email when you don't?

    Unfortunately, there's no way a company like this can be trusted.

    The process took around 2-3 weeks. First a phone screening with the manager to talk more about the role and why you are interested in being an SDR. Then invited to on-site to meet with other managers and current SDR. The on-site took around 1.5 hours meeting with different people to talk more about yourself, what you know about the company and why SDR. There was a short mock role playing during the interview.

    I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and a peer on the team, completed an online assessment, and was invited to the onsite. I tried to schedule the onsite with the HR contact but didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. Finally, I was told that they have a lot of qualified candidates and would like to see writing samples before bringing people onsite. I sent over relevant writing samples, and then a day later was told the role was canceled. How do you go from asking for writing samples to canceling the role the next day?? The role is open again, and I keep seeing it reposted on various job sites, but I do not think there's an intention of filling it and suspect there are internal issues that needs to be resolved first (employee changes, poor company performance, etc)

    Very transparent and simple. Applied online, quickly received a confirmation and a follow up from the recruiter - never had any question where I was in the process and the next steps. Everyone was very friendly, caring and made the process enjoyable.

    Even though I received an offer and took it, I think it should be noted that I've been through A LOT of interviews in the last few years and this experience was by far in the top 5 if not the best one.

    The amount of communication that I received from SmartRecruiters, both via phone and email, really made me feel valued and aware of the next steps in the process. Everything moved forward pretty quickly given that the interviews started before Christmas and many people were away on holidays. I really appreciate that I never felt like I had been put into the ATS black hole of death with SmartRecruiters which it often feels like with other jobs. With other companies, you submit an application and literally never heard back...or you hear back months later. I always knew where I stood and what was coming next.

    I have known SmartRecruiters and Jerome for years. I reached out to their new CMO and introduced myself and shared my resume/credentials. He wrote back saying that he didn't see how I had a relevant background even though I worked for one of their partners. It took them months to hire someone and they hired someone that didn't even come from the space. Very disappointed in this company -- not very smart at all.

    Spoke with a recruiter over the phone. Once she assessed my skill level, I had to take an online assessment test. Then I had a phone interview with a PM. She was 15 minutes late. She had a rapid set of questions and an assumption I didn't know much about software development. I think she had her mind made up going into the interview. I never heard back from SmartRecruiters on the status of my application. Kind of funny given how they are pushing software that is supposed to make everything more transparent.

    The interview was about 30-minutes asking general questions. The next step was a 30-minute test with two sections. One was on simple math and percentages; the other was about personality. The interviewer was a recruiter. He did not know much about the position. He was able to tell me that the position would not be filled until they found the perfect person.
