I went through 2 rounds of interviews to only be ghosted at the final / 3rd stage,
First was an HR screen to go over my resume and to see if there was a fit between my experience and the job.
The second interview was with a senior data engineer that asked questions about database structures, simple queries, and some python coding.
After the second interview, the HR rep contacted me to share the good news and I was to be put into the final stage with the hiring manager to complete the process. I was told that an email would arrive to book a meeting the next step, but it never arrived. I sent an email 3 business days later to ask for a follow up, but never heard back.

Fue un proceso de tres etapas. La primera etapa fue con el reclutador, segunda etapa fue una entrevista tecnica. La tercera etapa es una entrevista tecnica y otra entevista como de comportamiento y soft skills.

En la ultima entrevista tecnica me hicieron diseñar un modelo de base datos de acuerdo a algunos requerimientos que me daba el entrevistador.
I interviewed with Slalom in 2025 for a consulting role, to be staff augmentation for a "large-client". The interviewer himself was pretty nice. The question that I got was valid palindrome. See my other interview questions for the other things asked.

Entretien
Process started on June 2025, got 2 interviews, one with RRHH and a technical interview, after that they ghost me for 8 months and try to continue the process. "New" process were 2 interviews, one technical and one with the boss of that role. The changed completely the benefits, payscale and even the working shift.
