This review summarizes my experience for multiple roles, which had the same recruiter. The most recent role was for technical support. I worked with the same recruiter for each position. I passed the initial interview for each role, then moved onto the second round interview (with the hiring manager/team member). At this point, the recruitment experience fell apart both times. I followed up each interview with a thank you note and did not get a response from either the note or the recruiter. I follow up a couple more times over the next 2 weeks, but still get nothing back. After weeks with a response moving me forward or rejection, I reach back out to the recruiter. Miraculously, I receive a generic rejection email that afternoon. I shouldn't have to chase down someone to get a rejection that far into the recruitment process.
