Recruiter was good in the beginning and sending over to hiring manager for follow up interview. Then, they asked to do a case study. Spent 4-5 hours doing the assignment and sent over. They proceeded to ghost me for the next 3 weeks after. I followed up week after week. A minimum thanks but no thanks after that assignment would have been appreciated. It was an awful experience to be treated like that.
