The interview process was very efficient as it asked mainly the essentials and a critical thinking question related to the position, which was sales associate. The question was: "Who has a bigger priority, the customer in front of you or the customer on the phone?" To which I answered "the one on the phone" because I thought that if the customer on the phone was just calling for something quick then you could attend it quickly and get the overall job more efficiently. However, I think I failed to say in the interview that if the customer on the phone took a minute or longer to help then the correct thing I think should be to put them on hold and prioritize the customer that came personally to the store.

Entretien
They interview everyone who applies but the manager doing the interview will act disinterested immediately and barely show you around if he doesn't click with you. The job itself seemed simple and something that changes day to day.
