I applied for the position and got a phone call interview, then proceeded to store visit 2 days after the phone interview. Make sure you bring your store visit form for the next interview process. I was interviewed by the Regional Manager nearly after 3 months of store visit. Still waiting for the outcome of the last interview.

Extremely long interview process. Sat there for 3 hours listening to someone talk. Felt like a huge waste of time. Called like five people for me to ask questions. Very awkward. Felt like I was being held hostage.

Overall not great. Had a face to face interview, then after the interview was able to go to a store and ask questions to somone currently in the role. Was supposed to get a call back in a week but never heard back.

I had 4 interviews with the company. The first interview was a phone interview with the recruiter, the second was a store visit with the store manager, the third was with the city manager, and the final was with the district manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks.
