Applied online, hiring manager reached out within a week directly to set up a call. After the call, HR rep reached out to schedule an in-person interview 2 weeks out. In person interview (final round) consisted of four 1:1 interviews with UX, PM, engineering manager, and hiring manager (PM). Everyone was very nice was most concerned about culture fit and how you work with engineers in the face of competing priorities and methodologies.
After the final interview, waited 2 weeks to hear back. Unfortunately, they decided to move forward with another candidate. Overall positive experience!

Question 1
How did you approach a situation where the engineers were unable to build out a requirement as intended?
Interview + Presentation to the hiring manager and panel of R&D and Design.
Interview with hiring manager testing for the right experience followed by a home assignment improving their product and presenting it to the panel.
3 rounds done and after that Recruiter told 1 more round is there. Next, recruiter stopped responding to my calls. At least have courtesy to respond to mail/ call the candidate when the candidate has given enough time
