I applied for the position through eJobs and received a telephone offer for an interview.
The first interview usually consists of two tests: an intelligence test and a mixed OOP/.NET/IT/economy test, both eliminatory tests. Plenty of IQ tests are available online if you want to train a bit before the interview and the second test consists mostly of general knowledge about OOP and .NET and common sense questions (related to It and economy). I believe it's very important to attempt this test, even if it seems more complicated than you expect.
If you pass this initial test, you will be contacted for an interview with one of the managers. It is important to demonstrate enthusiasm and passion about the field, particularly if you don't have any relevant experience.
For example, before the interview I was required to work on a project demonstrating my OOP and problem solving skills (not required at most recent interviews, but desirable), and I believe that proving passion for software development was, in my case, a definite turning point during the hiring process.
After this second interview I was offered the position and invited to remain in the office for the rest of the day, where my future colleagues introduced me to the basics of the new job.
