Did the project twice. First without new libraries and second time with the libraries they wanted.

Not sure how long it took you do all of this, but I would have only done it once. Anything else is a red flag. I've had an employer have me do two apps before, questioned them on the second time, and was given a response "we don't know anything about the previous app you did." I rejected that company then of course.
