Phone screen with HR - easy enough, asked about myself etc. Very keen to find out if I'd been promoted while working in my previous roles. Asked a couple of behavioral questions like how do I evaluate potential employers, tell me about a time you worked with someone difficult.

I had 9 interviews for the job. Interviewed 3 times with one boss. Most interviews were conversational, testing fit with the team.
