Questions d'entretien chez Sakata Seed

Zoom meeting scheduled the day before. The interview consisted of a few questions and a investigation of my skills, expertise, knowledge and personality type. There after they informed me what the next step in the interview process would be.

Calm and friendly. They ask several questions but were easy to answer. Very quick and stress free. They just want to know you and the type of person you are. Also if you are a suitable fit.

Achei que foi uma sinuca de bico em questão de pressão das três pessoas na sala, acredito que eles queriam realmente deixar o canditado nervoso com o tipo de pergunta.

i originally submitted my application in late january so by the time i heard from them i had forgotten about the position. i had a phone interview where it was more simply explaining the job then an interview with the people i would be working with directly and a tour of the facility. i was then called in for a second interview where an hr representative and the head of my department was present. the second interview was pretty much a waste. the hr person and head of department asked the same questions that had already been asked in the first interview.
