Depends on position your are applying for, will likely meet with numerous people including HR and hiring manager. Every position will be different though, and most interviews are laid back and friendly.
Applied online and recieved an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was part of the screening process. Following that, I recieved a face-to-face interview within the next week. Fairly quick process.
