Very lengthy process, took all afternoon. Visited with many staff members around the building. A nice setup and location. Each person spoke to me informally. The final wrap up with the hiring manager was a long talk for over an hour about how I would change this or that. We toured the complex and I was shown a bunch of supposedly military-secret projects that were being worked on. Very well equipped facilities.
