I applied for Spar Solutions through an employee who was my senior at University of Georgia. One of the Managing directors contacted me via email to schedule an initial phone screening. The interview was a three step process. 1. Phone Screening with one of the managing directors. 2. Technical Interview with another engineer 3. Personality Question with the CEO.
