The interview process at SLB for the internship began with the resume submission, where I highlighted my academic achievements and relevant experiences. Following this, I participated in a phone call interview, which involved discussing my background, skills, and enthusiasm for the oil and gas industry. Next, I took part in a group activity, collaborating with fellow candidates to tackle a problem, showcasing teamwork and communication skills. This was succeeded by a presentation, where I presented a topic related to my field, demonstrating my ability to convey information effectively. Finally, the process concluded with a one-to-one interview with a hiring manager, allowing for an in-depth discussion of my experiences, aspirations, and fit for the internship role at SLB. This structured approach provided a comprehensive evaluation of my suitability for the position.

It was a campus recruitment. The first stage is online assesment which include the math, physics, mechanical typa questions. Next stage is very quick interview, the recruiter asking why i can achieve a good grades etc. Then move to the FGD.

Interview starts with the introduction of the candidate. For the intern role, they ask some technical questions (based on your degree), questions from your resume and HR questions. The whole Interview process duration can range from 10 to 20 minutes for intern role.
