I interview online, and receive a screening invite a few days later. The recruiter was nice and listened attentively, but did warn that my lack of experience with their preferred data visualization tool might prevent me from moving forward. A day later I received an automated rejection from a no-reply inbox.
Look, if that's the reason you reject me, then fine I get it. Why I'm rating this as a negative review is because if I take the time out of my day to speak with a real human, at least have the decency to reject me personally and not hide behind a no-reply inbox. I would consider that basic respect in an application process.
