There was a 45-minute task followed by a 30-minute interview. You went into one room with a clinical psychologist and given a workbook with some paper for the task. The task was broken up into 3 chunks: 1) Work out the total scores of different eating disorder scales and calculate which percentile they're in from a table provided. 2) Write down how you would create a report on what CAMHS has been doing with patient group A. Tell us how you would use MS word to write this report including any of the tools you would use to display the data. (You were provided with a data table) 3) Draw a diagram of the clinical audit cycle. This was followed by a 30-minute interview

Interview lasted about 30 minutes 2 interviewers- made to feel very welcome and comfortable Kind of surprised/disappointed there wasn’t a memeber of BAME on the panel as this is the new suggestion form the trust

Attended an assessment day. HR checked ID on entry and I was then asked to wait in a hall with other candidates before being called to the interview. I arrived and was called earlier than my scheduled time. Interview was conducted by two Ward Managers (Senior Nurses) and contained both values and competency-based questions. I was then asked to wait outside the interview room for 5mins whilst they made a decision. I was then called back in and given immediate feedback and told that I'd succeeded. HR gave some advice and the recruitment process began!

three phases of interview including phone, panel and group interview. The process was clear from that start and there was a contact throughout the whole procedure. The questions were standard NHS questions.

They were timely. It lasted for about 10 mins The consultants were friendly I got a mail before the interview and 2 separate reminder mails close to the day of the interview. I also got my feedback on the evening of the same day

The interview was very quick - two on the panel. 10 questions and 5 were to do with their values, a couple of situation and personal development questions. Was complete within 15 minutes.

laid back, but a bit too rigid for a position with no real skill set needed. Could have been shorter too. blah blah blah, is this 30 words yet? still not? a few more blahs?

The interview for the role of ward administrator was a pretty easy interview, mostly competencies based question. Panel of 3, everyone was very friendly. Interview was very short and quick.

The interview experience was pretty simple and straight forward it involved 2 people ad each asked me in total of 8 questions. The interview lasted me less thn 15 min.

It was good. first was a face-to-face interview, then the other was a numerical test and situational questions. the face to face interview was with two panels, and it was also online. it was quite easy although I applied for band 2. they were friendly. Always check for situational questions
