    The process was an online application followed by phone screening, online psychometric test, group interview and final panel interview. The process is similar to other graduate hiring methods. The biggest part is the group interview to test skills and see your interactions in a group setting.

    Apply for job application with address to selection criteria (minimum half page on every selection criteria). Call for interview, make sure you bring all your presentations, reports, certificates etc. In interview panel, there will be minimum 2 people (internal and external). Each will ask questions in round. The questions will be based on selection criterias consist of multiple questions. Take a time to answer each questions and you may ask them to repeat the question.

    Considering that Roads and Maritime are a State Government department, the interview for the position of Customer Services Officer was quite relaxed and the questions asked were all open ended questions which required answers based on previous experience in each situation.

    I was interviewed via Skype with manager and senior manager (hiring manager) present. Interview was great, although the senior manager (hiring manager) was the main participant rather than the actual manager.
