Entretien
A straightforward process without any surprises. The stages and details were sent by email in a reasonable time. Recommendation on preparation include the general comments you would hear which is to read up on the company and utlising STAR techniques.
Half day assessment centre.
Intro, Site tour, interview, lunch and group assessment. Group assessment was to build a tower while an assessor watched interactions.
Many past interns were present. Process seemed to favour them over new faces.
First round was a HireVue and a 2nd round was a 2 hour final round with different members of the team. The 2nd round interview was mix of behavioral, situational, and technical questions

Learned new technologies intergrated into manufacturing process of the
organisation.
Conducted a profile study to examine the usage of materials used for new
product.
