Entretien
I was called by an internal recruiter who asked me about my CV ,my motivations for applying for the role and my experience with working within a team. After the phone call i was invited to a formal interview to take place a week later . The interview asked me to talk through my CV then some questions gauging what i understood about Reiss. The interview was very casual , it was not in a closed room and the interviewer left several times to meet people he knew. The interview took about 50 minutes. I was then given a standard merchandise scenario test which he talked through with me and some basic maths around percentages. He congratulated me on my maths skills and said i interviewed really well. The same day i received an email from the same internal recruiter saying i had really impressed and i would be finding out the outcome of my interview by the end of next week. The end of next week and only after chasing and emailing for a response at 6pm i was emailed being told i was unsuccessful in my application because of my maths skills and lack of experience. Very confusing with the previous feedback i had received.

Had a virtual interview, and I found the two women interviewing me to be incredibly rude. Stopping me halfway through answering a question, then follow up with another question I would have answered if they hadn't initially interrupted me . For example, asking what I'm responsible for, interrupting telling me "that's enough" , then following up with "oh, so you don't manage Line Cards" yeah, I was about to get to that. the entire interview lasted 14 minutes. I never heard back, not even a generic email to state I hadn't been successful, never chased up as I absolutely did not want to work with these women

Question 1
Do you manage an MAA/Allocator? Do you manage Line Cards? Do you manage intake? How many options/Sku's are you responsible for?
