Really friendly and positive, given great feedback from HR to prepare you for all stages. Not rushed, really open and considerate communication. They are really interested in getting the right person, not just a quick fix to fill a vacancy.

Question 1
Competency based questions mostly, Making sure you know the market, Understand the customer and that you'll fit the company ethos and vision. Really took time to ask questions to get an understanding of who I was and my own career goals.

Stage one via phone call, then promised stage two which happened via teams, then no follow up or response. Still waiting to hear back. But I'm no longer interested. Too off putting. Avoid at all costs.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Reiss (Bristol, Angleterre) en sept. 2020
Entretien
Interviewed over the phone, was then asked to interview in store which also included a floor walk. Was essentially told that I had the job and they would be in touch…. Then nothing came of it. Delays to the tune of “the area meeting got pushed back so I don’t have an answer for you yet and can’t formally offer you the role” to which I said okay fine, keep me posted. Then after 4 weeks back and forth delays I got nothing. No email reply, no phone call, nothing. I sent emails following up on the status of the role and the vacancy (we just went into another lockdown but there was no manager running the store). I got no reply. Completely ghosted.
I understand that 2020 was a rough time for retail (hey, I was working in it too!) but to not even bother to take the time to say “‘no, but thank you for your time” after all the conversation is just rude and poor practice.
