Because of high volume of applicants they asked us to submit a PDF of Spring 2020 trends. Didn't give many guidelines but since this is a creative job I assumed that was intentional to show off what you know and can do.

Asked alot of questions, mainly about Ref, only made it one round. Pretty average interview, she told me her role and explained her history with the brand. took 5 days from application to interview

Tell me about yourself and your job history, Tell me about a time where you received good customer feedback. Read me 4 core values of Ref, and asked a question for each value. How would you explain Ref's mission in sustainability to customers, What are your plans for the future and what are your expectations for Ref, What will you do to ensure that employees are included and how will you contribute to an inclusive workplace?
