J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Red Robin (Manassas, VA) en juin 2012
Entretien
I applied online and got called in for an in-person interview that same week. I was interviewed by three separate managers, the first (what I later found out to be a "mid" manager) and second I felt were mainly to keep me occupied until the third and main interviewer, the General Manager. They were all pretty friendly. After speaking with each for a few minutes about my application, why I was applying, where I was in my life (e.g. high school grad, where I was going after high school, what I wanted to do) and what I wanted to get out of the job, I was offered a starting job as a host with an hourly pay of $7.75 (a rate that varies amongst the hospos, I've discovered).
The interview was a straightforward and easy process. They asked about my availability, transportation, and prior work experience. The interview went by quickly and felt more like a conversation. It seems like they check to see if you fit in well with the team.

Super easy going, was able to talk to them like a friend and barely asked hard questions. More like a conversation than an interview. Interviewer had a lot of calls during it but he wasn’t expecting me
My interview was a bit unique. I was interviewed three times, and the final one was by their manager, Christian. He was over an hour late, which I waited for. I never heard anything again from them after, which I found extremely rude after all that time I waited. It's clear they don't value their employee's time.
