After a 30 minute interview, they ask you to complete a social media assessment. The assessment includes mock-up posts for a listing and a blog post. You do have to present the assessment. After that, you will hear back from them regarding the position.

We had to complete a marketing packet before we could interview. This included making posts for a listing and a blog. We also had to include sample graphics for each post. After that, I interviewed the head of marketing and two marketing employees. It was very personable and asked simple questions like why do you enjoy marketing and questions about your experience.
