I was referred internally and a week later I was contacted to set up a phone screen. Two days later I had my phone screen which included the standard questions such as, "what is your weakness,what do you know about the position you applied for, what do you know about Rackspace, why do you want to work at Rackspace. A week after the phone screen I was contacted to set up the in person interview. I had two half hour interviews with a two person panel in each interview. The process was very professional. I was asked to go over my duties at my previous job, what I knew about Rackspace, what my former co-workers would say my strengths and weaknesses are, a time I dealt with an irate customer and how I handled the situation,and what fanatical support means to me.
