There was a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by an intense 1.5 hour in-person interview with 4 Raytheon employees simultaneously (Contracts Director, Manager, Specialist, and Intern). The interview style was a barrage of questions, seeking to see how the interviewee works under stress.

I applied through my school and attended a company presentation. The next day I had two back-to-back first round interviews. After about a week the company called me back and let me know that I had moved on to the final round. The final round consisted of a series of one-on-one interviews, lunch, and a group case presentation. There was also a dinner the night before with representatives of the company. All of the interviews involved fit or behavioral questions and the case presentation focused more on how you worked in a team than on what your responses were to the case questions. All the interviewers were very nice and fun to talk to.
