The interview was virtual and straightforward. Prepare for it a little you should do great. It is set up to show your understanding of communicating with customers and that you have interest in REI.

During the interview process the staff was Friendly there was a Standard zoom call interview. Once hired there is Group onboarding. Lots of information and in depth training. Training from the floor team was really helpful.

Wow it was fantastic the person that I interviewed with was so understanding it was like I was talking to someone I knew for years. I can’t wait to go to orientation!!
It was a group interview with a bunch of other candidates, we watched videos and broke down into groups to discuss various topics and scenarios that may happen in a retail scenario
