The process was easy to complete and the interviewers made me comfortable. The questions were situational and helped me understand what it was that the job entailed. There was a formal application with a number of essay questions and they asked for a lot of information from my references. This did make it difficult to get references to complete the requested information in a timely manner due to the length of the requests. All was well though and I feel the interviewer had a good idea of me based in all of the info.
