I really enjoyed the interview process with Progressive Leasing. It was quick, and I felt very involved in the process. The technical recruiter, Jackson, was really good at clearly communicating the next steps and what to expect. There was a phone screening, a few virtual interviews, and a virtual "on-site" interview where I was interviewed by multiple people back-to-back. The hiring manager and recruiter were genuinely excited to interact with me. The more people I interviewed with or talked to, the more I liked Progressive.
