Not a company that will let you start over even if you are looking for a change, very disappointing. Uses the STAR Interview question. 1st assessment testing, phone interview, back ground check, last in person interview. Then denial letter. Upsetting that if you are a dedicated and loyal you are turned down because of a flight risk.

Pretty easy. Used STAR method, which was new to me. But after researching, it actually made a lot of sense why they did it that way. There was also a recorded video portion as well.

Horrible! An assessment, then a one way interview. After that you interview with a recruiter. Keep in mind this is for a low paying, entry level role. After all this stress and hours of prep work and a month long process you get a rejection. I would not advise anyone to go through this process. It is basically just a call center job. USAA pays more and is better.
