My first interview was with a recruiter for engineering. It was over the phone and more of a prescreening to see if I'd move on to actual onsite interviews. Pleasant conversation - asked about my background, automated/manual testing, blackbox, and my desired pay.
I moved onto onsite interviews. I received a very quick tour before having 4 back to back interviews each scheduled for 30mins. Every time we went over and I don't think anyone minded one bit because it seemed like each interviewer as well as myself could have gone for much longer. Every interviewer exhibited the values of Procore - openness, optimism, and ownership. The whole interview process was beyond enjoyable - conversation could be serious at times but also filled with lots of smiles and laughter. It mostly felt like casual conversations. Everyone was terrific and so sincere in everything they said. Was told it may be a week or so to hear back but I was made an offer the next morning.

Phone interview with HR, zoom interview with QA Manager, zoom interview with 2 QA engineers, in-person interviews at campus. Everyone was super nice, except for one Engineer, who seemed extremely agitated and was less than polite. Additionally, there were a bunch of last minute changes to the people I would end up meeting, but no one informed me ahead of time.

Process took more or less a month. I passed the phone screenings and made it to an on-site interview. The overall experience was good, however I fell a bit short on the technical questions and didn't get an offer as a result.

Phone interview followed up with an onsite. I met with five engineers in their lovely offices overlooking the Pacific.
Two engineers double teamed a white boarding session, another had me walk (somewhat clumsily) through some code. The other two meetings were discussions of background and interests.
Overall it was a very fair opportunity to present myself anyway I chose. I managed to bollox the interviews, never mentioning that I had a very hands on understanding of their product from a users point of view, duh!
