1st Interview was over the phone with Human Resources, 2nd interview was over the phone with the hiring manager, the 3rd interview was on site in Austin Texas with the Hiring Manager as well as another Manager in the business not IT

The hiring manager asked situational questions, the Customer Service Manager and a Rep in customer service asked questions pertaining to how I would fit in with the company culture.
