I got interview for full stacks (react and springboot) . The interview experience was horrible. The person who took the first round knew nothing. He had a list of questions prepared and just narrated all of those. He didn't care if my answers were correct. He just wanted to complete his list of questions, I even asked to elaborate few questions and he literalley narrated the questions to me again(same words, slower pace). Gave 2 questions and vanished , came back after 10 minutes. Anyone can copy the interviews if the interviewer is away , that was very dumb of him. Second round was even worse, seemed the interviewer was there only to mark his attendance in the interview. He hardly asked 5 questions among which 3 question was do you know aws/kubernetes/kafka. The interview ended in 10 minutes [it was supposed to be 60 min interview]. The 3rd round was better and a knowledgeable person took it. He asked medium level question on both springboot, java and react. Final round was taken by the director who also did the same, dictated the questions fron their question bank. They are bunch of idiots who come to take the interview. You just don't want to go to these company where i feel and you'll be the person working and the rest are their to eat their salary.
