If they're hiring within a certain location and you fit their qualifications, you will get a call as soon as they need someone. In my case, they called me within 2 days of applying for the position. I was asked to come in and was interviewed by HR and then I was asked to come again within 3 days to be interviewed by the manager. After this, I was called within another 2-4 days and asked to take a drug test within 48 hours. After I took the test, they called me the following week and asked me to come in.

This interview was simple and easy. The manager had a laid back atmosphere. Straightforward interview with usual questions. Took about thirty minutes to finish and it was only one interview.
Managers are very nice but pay isn’t great. Interview was very easy. Great place to work, but hard to live off of the income they offer. Have to have a love and passion for animals

Interview with store manager, asked standard interview questions, including scenario questions. Interview took about fifteen minutes or so. I was offered the position on the spot. Overall it was the typical standard interview.
