Entretien
I was first contacted by a senior HR manager through LinkedIn. I was looking to make a move from my current role as a CPA to a financial analyst role. Had a phone interview with HR where they basically described the position that was open and shortly thereafter I scheduled the office visit.
The live interview process consisted of meeting one-on-one with a senior manager, a couple directors and HR. I also was required to prepare a 20 minute powerpoint presentation outlining my background, skills, goals, etc., which I presented to about 8 people (including those who interviewed me).
Basic questions, mostly behavioral ("tell me about a time when you encountered a difficult personality at work" type). Overall it was a smooth interview process.

Easy and straightforward. Nothing to write home about. Dont worry, you won’t be caught off guard. Walk me through your experience, basic “tell me about a time when” and the like.

En linea te tienes que grabar en la plataforma hablar brevemente de tu carrera. Si pasas vas a un proceso de entrevista con HR y luego con la manager que estaras trabajando directamente y hace preguntas mas técnicas de P&L
