The hiring process was what I expected it to be. The interview lasted about an hour, with questions about past customer experience and interactions. I was interviewed by the manager of the department and the person who would be my direct supervisor. It's best to come into the interview with a strong confidence that you are customer oriented and able to handle talking to people all day long. I think that they will hire you if you show an interest in staying with the company for longer than a year. In the Customer Support Department, the turnover is very high, we lose up to 3 people per month, so they thrive on the hint that you will tough it out and stay with the company. The two interviewers made me feel that I already had the job before I even left the interview also, so I made sure to let them know that I really did want to be considered for the position.
