It was quick and easy. The questions were about how to handle callers in different situations and the type of customer service I am able to provide. There were two video interviews

I originally applied to this job middle of July, interviewed by phone first, then a week later in person interview. A month goes by and I hear nothing. I email inquiring about my status, position was filled but I was referred to another interviewer for the same position, but different opening. Interviewed the next day, a Friday, references called the following Wednesday, and then job offer was made the following Tuesday!
