Not even the Big 4 put you through this many rounds of interviews. I had multiple interviews of varying types--experience based, case, presentation, personality fit, etc all of which were on the phone or via video. Also made you take a personality test which was very off-putting. Pariveda pays abysmally low and given that there is no bonus structure nor are there merit increases, it makes no sense to pursue them if you have other options. Sure, it's not all about the money, but they didn't spend any time trying to convince me of the benefits of working for them throughout the whole process. After three months of weekly contact, they didn't even try to change my mind when I told them no.
