Additionally, candidates were required to prepare a presentation, including a 3+3+3 month action plan, which could have been an engaging task under better circumstances. However, some panelists did not participate in the questioning, creating an awkward atmosphere that raised doubts about the fairness of the process. After receiving positive feedback during the interview, waiting for over a month for the outcome only to discover that the position might have already been earmarked for another candidate feels unnecessarily time-consuming. If a preferred candidate has already been identified, it would be more considerate to forgo requesting presentations and avoid inconveniencing other applicants.
