Entretien

Friendly and personal. Questions asked were typical interview questions. But loved getting to talk to HR, the department manager and the department head at different interviews times. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it was a great way to get to know part of the team.

Got email to set up a phone interview. About 20 minute phone call interview but did not go any further than that. I followed up a few times by email and then was told they chose other applicants to move forward with.

Very well organized and professional. People are nice and patient. Nice working place and many behavioral questions. HR was very efficient. Interview questions are well designed. The hiring managers were very nice as well.

There were multiple job postings for P2 Energy Solutions, QA Analyst and Associate QA Analyst. Not only did P2 Energy Solutions corporate recruiters have their 2 QA Analyst positions posted, but there were 3rd party recruiters hired by P2 Energy to assist with recruiting qualified candidates to fill the positions. The 3rd party recruiting companies had posted the same QA Analyst and the Associate QA Analyst positions as if they were hiring for the position. The Recruiting company did not disclose they were recruiting on behalf of P2 Energy Solutions. The result was surprising and confusing for the 3rd party recruiter that was working with P2 Energy on my behalf when working with the same P2 Energy recruiter who also was working with me. The 3rd party recruiter was not all that thrilled to have wasted all their time and rightfully so this oversight not only cost the recruiter but it also cost their company. In the end, it was a total waste of time for me as well. A couple of days after speaking with the P2 recruiter I received an email looking for dates and times I would be available so that they could coordinate a second interview with the hiring manager. A day or two later the recruiter had emailed a calendar invite with a date and time for the hiring manager and me to meet. This was exciting for me because P2 Energy Solution is an organization I have been interested in for a couple of years now and here is my opportunity. I take the next couple of days before my interview with Michael Null the hiring manager and study. This was it, it was the opportunity I had been waiting for. The day had come and the scheduled time came and went, my phone never rang, I waited an hour longer nothing. After waiting two hours past the scheduled time, I emailed the P2 recruiter to confirm I had the right date and time. That was the end of it, I had officially been ghosted by the hiring manager at P2 Energy Solutions and ultimately by P2 Energy Solutions recruiter as well. I know organizations get ghosted by applicants all the time but I had never heard of an organization ghosting a scheduled interview before. This has been an entirely new experience for me and I hope this is a one time deal.

I interviewed with P2 in August and was offered a position as an intern. I went through the entire process of sending in my paperwork for the background check. I was told what my pay would be and what date I would be starting. The week before I was supposed to start, I received a call from P2 saying that they never actually got my position approved and they were working with the CEO in order to bring me on. They told me I would likely be starting in the next two weeks. Two weeks went by and I never heard from them, so I called them and left a voicemail. I got a call back from them saying that I would not be working as an intern but that I would most likely be starting October 1st as a full time employee with them. They told me they would call me within the next week to let me know about my October 1st start date. Two weeks passed and again I hadn't heard from them. I called them and left another message. They called me back a few days later and told me that they still had not been able to get my position approved and that if I had another job offer that I should accept it. Since I was offered a position with them and given a start date, I had not been looking for other jobs. Unfortunately, I had already given my two weeks’ notice for my previous job as well. The entire process was very frustrating and I never was able to start working for them.

Very professional. I felt they treated me with respect and were very transparent during the whole process. A very positive experience. I applied online and gave two phone screenings and one in-person interview. The whole process took around 3 weeks.

The first interview was through a Junior HR from the Denver Colorado. Simple HR questions that related to my resume experience. The second phone interview was with the director of Customer Service from Houston. I was asked four or five questions that maybe lasted ten minutes and the remainder of time was myself asking a lot of the questions. Very interesting Interview as it didn't relate much to my employment history.

Comprised of a HR call, An in person interview, and a background check and drug test. HR call was one one and was about half an hour. The in person interviews were 3 separate interviews, two with managers and one with a couple principal level developers.

Entretien

Consisted of a phone screening, an in person interview with three managers, and a phone interview with a manager. Overall I enjoyed the interview process and they were very quick to let me know and kept me updated. The phone screen took half an hour, the in person interview took an hour, and the last phone interview took an hour.

I was contacted by the recruitment team via email to schedule a phone interview the following week. The phone interview was thirty minutes, and the questions were focused on my resume and confirming experience / skills. Immediately after the interview I was emailed links to two tests. The tests were a personality test and a cognitive ability test that I was expected to complete within one week. The following week I was contacted again by the recruitment team to schedule an in person interview, this time in the same week. I interviewed with the manager for the first half hour, and was asked more questions about my job experience, and how I was a good fit for the position with my skills / experience. For the remainder of the interview, the two principal software engineers joined the discussion to ensure that I would be a good fit for the team.
