The staffing agency I am working with submitted my application and based on that I had an initial interview. The information given to the agency was vague, so I was curious. I had a decent enough experience on the initial interview with the job description being solidified a little more. The position was actually to act as a contractor, not a temp-to-hire position as originally described. Being hired as an employee is very different from being hired as a contractor makes for a very different work environment.
The interviewer seemed pretty positive that I understood the basics of the position and it was confirmed I was to have a follow up interview with her manager in a few days by phone as they were based out of state.
The morning of the telephone interview, after the interview time I was called by the agency to say the position had changed. It went from an analyst position to a web development position. Meaning it was no longer available. The agency had notified me as soon as possible but hadn't been given much notice themselves. The general perception of the company based on this experience is that communication is not a high priority and they are very disorganized which is frankly scary considering they are supposed to help other companies manage data.

Got a screening interview and they told me it took 2-3 months to get an interview with the team and didn’t hear about a second interview then was notified they went on with other candidates.

Fue bastante ágil. Primero fue el screening del reclutador por telefono luego la entrevista técnica, entrevista con jefe de área. La dificultad fue promedio, y tuve respuestas muy rapido y agil.
