Recruiter call followed by an easy coderpad real world question (not leetcode style) then a onsite with a very short behavioural, technical, and system design problem. All easy if you have decent experience.

Starts with an AI screener that's basically a behavioral interview, asking "tell me about a time" questions. Why not just put these on a form on the initial application? What a waste of everyone's time.
