J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez OneMain Financial en janv. 2016
Entretien
First I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in person interview with the branch manager, and a final interview with the district manager. The branch manager told me at the interview that she wanted me to interview with the district manager and went ahead and set it up right then. They are very inquisitive about your willingness to move up. They want to hire people who want to be branch managers.

Entretien
I was interviewed a total of 3 times. All pretty straight forward. Questions were mostly open-ended scenarios. Not difficult just like all interviews nerve wrecking. This is more than 30 words and it is not letting me move on.

I had a initial phone interview, they asked some general questions. I then proceeded to a interview with the regional manager where he asked me some scenario questions. Finally I interviewed with the branch manager, we did a similar interview to the one I had with the regional manager.

Great easy personable interview process. Great zoom and face to face interaction. Felt warm welcomed instantly walking in the door. Interviewed with a manager and then a district manager and both interviews we’re quick. Got straight to the point and was explained the job process in good detail!
